ROBERT RASMUSSEN.

 

Robert Rasmussen is Managing Director and Chief Facilitator for Rasmussen Consulting I/S, which specializes in services with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Rule Breaking Strategy with locations in USA, Denmark and Singapore. A former employed of LEGO®, Robert is a main architect of the LEGO® LEGO® SERIOUS PLAYr® methodology. After several years and more than 20 iterations, he and his team developed the concept into the reproducible and robust methodology it is today. He is master trainer in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology and serves on the LEGO® Company’s advisory for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. Robert Rasmussen is a native of Denmark and has a degree in psychology as well as a master’s degree in education from The Royal Danish School of Education in Copenhagen. He has spent his career applying experiences and theories about play, learning, creativity, and teaching and organizational development. He worked extensively over a 15-years period with designers and researchers at Tufts University and the MIT Media Lab to develop and market hands-on learning tools. He worked for the LEGO® Company from 1988 to 2003 and was head of the development team for LEGO® MINDSTORMS – the LEGO® company’s most selling product ever. From 2001 to 2003 Robert managed Executive Discovery, which developed and launched the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® programs.

LUCIO MARGULIS.

 

Lucio Margulis, fundó y dirige la consultora Juego Serio. Se especializa en el diseño, desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos de estrategia en tiempo real, y ha facilitado workshops, dictado cursos, talleres, gerenció proyectos y programas de innovación, estrategia y formación en instituciones y empresas internacionales. Es el primer facilitador certificado y socio de LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® en Latinoamérica. Realizó proyectos de consultoría en gestión del cambio e innovación aplicada en Price WaterHouseCoopers, Sema Group, Schlumberger, Atos Origin y diversos grupos empresariales. Facilitó workshops, realizó actividades, cursos, talleres y seminarios para el Gobierno Catalán, Vasco, Gallego y Andaluz, Infonomía red Española de Innovación, la UNED, la UPM de Madrid, el IL3 de la Universidad de Barcelona, el Instituto Gallego de Formación de España, la Scalla de Milán, en Italia; la UTN, ADRHA, ADCA, UBA, de Argentina; el Fondo Social Europeo, el Joint, ONGs y los gobiernos de Argentina, España, Chile e Italia. Fue profesor de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, de Creatividad e Innovación en ADEN Business School en Latinoamérica y para otras organizaciones en Europa. Actualmente es consultor organizacional en temas de estrategia, gestión del cambio y el talento e innovación para clientes globales tales como: Tenaris, DHL, Kimberly Clark, Grupo Cisneros, etc. También es disertante en eventos internacionales de innovación, emprendimiento, estrategia y management en: España, Italia, Suiza, Brasil, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, Panamá, Perú, República Dominicana, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Venezuela, Uruguay y Argentina.

Began his path with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® method in 2010 with Lucio Margulis and in 2012 was trained by Robert Rasmussen. He has led around 500 workshops in 8 countries in Latin America focusing on customize workshops. César is Industrial Engineer (Javeriana University) with an specialization in business (Sergio Arboleda University) and Master of Business Administration (Inalde University), formed as a coach in NLP (Neuroliguistic Programming), theater actor and theatrical improvisation is expert in Edutainment (Education and Entertainment) and develops his talents in Juego y Estrategia his company in Colombia since 2010. Cesar was a consultant for the United Nations development plan program, head of quality and customer service, project manager, business unit manager, Operations Manager in companies in the financial sector. As an international lecturer he has performed in auditoriums in 11 Latin American countries, impacting more than 100,000 people in the last 10 years. He lives in Colombia with his wife and their two kids.
